Technical Training in Online Retail


The requirement was to develop Training Materials for a programme developed to upskill members of the public in matters on how to successfully setup and manage a digital retail business, from conceptualisation through to product identification, development, branding, packaging and financial management. The training materials comprised of Facilitation Tools in the form of PowerPoint slides and visual aids, as well as an end-to-end training manual.


The training materials developed for this programme enabled the client to standardise content and successfully roll out a face-to-face training programme on a national scale. The editable format enabled the client to easily make future amendments to the content, as and when required, whilst saving their facilitators invaluable time in preparing tools of their own. It also ensured consistency in the format, content and method of delivery.
