The hybrid learning programme provided ultimate flexibility in presenting content. Complex topics were presented in the training room using audio-visual tools and interactive group activities, while other subject matter, including micro-learning modules and assessment tools, were made available online. This catered well to the all learning styles through a variety of mediums and techniques. Collaboration and group participation was improved during the training hours, whilst learners were able to define their own pace of learning and complete assessments and reinforcement training in their own time.
